Course Objective	本校體育課程目標為鍛鍊健全身心、促進身心健全發展、培養運動道德、發揚團隊精神及養成終身運動習慣。四技一、二年級實施專項分組教學，由具有專長之教師授課。開課項目：籃球、排球、桌球、羽球、保齡球、射箭、高爾夫球、網球、體操遊戲、慢速壘球、太極拳、國際標準舞、體適能、國術。學生得按自己興趣選擇修習。※本課程為教育部「教學實踐研究計畫」之實施課程，旨在透過教學創新與實證研究提升教學品質與學生學習成效。※ All students are required to attend two hours per week of Physical Education class. This requirement applies to Freshman and Sophomore students, classes are interest-oriented, thus giving students the opportunity to select specific activities they are interested in. Choices include Basketball, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Badminton, Bowling, Archery, Golf, Tennis, Gymnastics, Slow pitch, Tai Chi Chuan, Ballroom Dancing, Physical Fitness and martial arts, to mention a few.

Flexible Learning (Week 17-18)	Category ● 學生分組實作及討論(Student group practice and discussion) Content 第17週：居家體能計畫設計練習 學生統整本學期肌耐力、肌肥大、最大肌力、間歇訓練、HIIT及CrossFit等不同訓練方式之學習經驗，設計一套適合自己的居家體能訓練計畫。 Week 17: Fitness Program Design Students design a home-based fitness training program tailored to their individual needs. 第18週：居家體能訓練計畫執行狀況與回饋 學生執行自主設計的居家體能訓練計畫，並詳細記錄訓練流程、強度、感受，並針對實際訓練後給予自我回饋。 Week 18: Training Program Implementation and Feedback Students provide self-feedback based on their actual training sessions. Hours 4 Learning Outcomes 第17週：肌力與體能訓練學習成果統整與反思 分析自身肌力與體能表現及需要改善之項目，並依照自我需求設計訓練動作與內容。計畫內容包含訓練強度、次數、組數、密度與訓練效果。透過訓練計畫，反映學生一學期的學習成果。 Week 17: Integrating and Reflecting on Learning Outcomes Analyze your own muscle strength and physical performance, identify areas for improvement, and design a training plan. 第18週：居家體能訓練計畫執行狀況與回饋 依個人需求設定合理的居家肌力與體能訓練目標。應用訓練變項設計適合自身的運動處方。整合肌耐力、肌肥大、最大肌力及心肺體能等訓練方法。根據實際操作狀況進行修正與規劃。 Week 18: Implementation Status and Feedback Make adjustments and plans based on your indivi Assessment Percentage 16+2彈性學習成果佔 10% The 16+2 flexible learning outcomes account for 10%.
Evaluation and grading policy	※本課程配合教育部教學實踐研究計畫執行，課程內容設計與實施將兼顧教學研究目的，相關資料蒐集於完成學期評量後始得進行，參加與否不會影響課程評分。※ 一、出勤成績：40% **缺席1次扣2分、2次扣6分、3次扣14分、4次扣30分，五次缺席扣滿40分。 **公、喪、生、心理假，完成請假手續後與老師報備，不列入扣分。 二、課堂參與及課程活動40% **遲到、早退及服裝不整每次扣1分。 **課程參與：未依課程活動進行課程以及非必要性使用手機依情節扣分。 **課程學習單：依據學習單完成度計算。 三、期末術科測驗:20% **肌力測驗 **有氧運動測驗 I. Attendance: 40% II. Class Participation and Course Activities: 35% III. Final Practical Test: 15% IV. 16+2 Flexible Learning Outcomes: 10%

Note	課程加簽方式 1.申請線上加簽 2.上課時依據申請加簽順序現場唱名，直到額滿為止。 3.課後會將申請加簽但未出席的同學取消加簽，若隔週有意加簽的同學請重新申請。 4.同學可先自行查閱尚餘多少加簽名額。 ※本課程屬教育部「教學實踐研究計畫」實施課程，課程中將蒐集匿名學習回饋作為研究資料，相關程序已依規定辦理學生知情同意。※ Course signing method 1. Apply for online visa application 2. During class every week, roll call will be held on-site according to the order of application, until the quota is full. 3. After class, students who applied for a visa but did not attend will be cancelled. If you want to add a visa the next week, please apply again. 4.
