Course Objective	All students are required to attend two hours per week of Physical Education class. This requirement applies to Freshman and Sophomore students, classes are interest-oriented, thus giving students the opportunity to select specific activities they are interested in. Choices include Basketball, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Badminton, Bowling, Archery, Golf, Tennis, Gymnastics, Slow pitch, Tai Chi Chuan, Ballroom Dancing, Physical Fitness and martial arts, to mention a few.

Flexible Learning (Week 17-18)	Category ● 學生分組實作及討論(Student group practice and discussion) ● 參與校內外活動(講座、工作坊、參訪)或競賽(Participation in on-campus or off-campus activities (lectures, workshops, visits) or competitions) Content Week 17: Fitness Program Design Students design a home-based fitness training program tailored to their individual needs. eek 18: Training Program Implementation and Feedback Students provide self-feedback based on their actual training sessions. Hours 4 Learning Outcomes Week 17: Integrating and Reflecting on Learning Outcomes Analyze your own muscle strength and physical performance, identify areas for improvement, and design a training plan. Week 18: Implementation Status and Feedback Adjustments and plans will be made based on your individual circumstances. Assessment Percentage The 16+2 flexible learning outcomes account for 10%.
Evaluation and grading policy	I. Attendance and Participation Grade: 60% **A total of 12 classes. Each class is worth a maximum of 5 points based on participation level.** Active participation and full completion of required tasks: 5 points Active participation with incomplete task completion: 4 points Limited participation with full task completion: 3 points Limited participation and incomplete task completion: 2 points Absence without completion of make-up requirements: 0 points Absence with approved make-up assignment completed: 3 points II. Physical Fitness Test: 15% Choose one test. III. Final Exam Activities: 15% Four final exams in total. 5 points for each completed exam. III. flexible learning: 10%

Note	Course signing method 1. Apply for online visa application 2. During class every week, roll call will be held on-site according to the order of application, until the quota is full. 3. After class, students who applied for a visa but did not attend will be cancelled. If you want to add a visa the next week, please apply again. 4. Students can first check how much is left to add signatures.
