Course Objective The contents include elastic and plastic deformation in materials，dislocations，high temperature deformation，fracture， creep and fatigue. 本課程內容包括材料彈塑性變形、材料缺陷、材料強化方式、變形機制、破壞，潛變及疲勞。

Course Schedule CH 1 序論 Introduction CH2 彈性、黏彈性與塑性 Elasticity ,Viscoelasticity and Plasticity CH3 結構不完美 Imperfections CH4 塑性變形與加工硬化 Geometry of Deformation and Work-Hardening CH5固溶強化、析出強化、散佈強化、麻田散轉變 Solid Solution, Precipitation, Dispersion Strengthening and Martensitic Transformation CH6破裂-巨觀/微觀 Fracture: Macroscopic/Microscopic Aspects CH7疲勞Fatigue CH8潛變與超塑性Creep and Superplasticity CH9腐蝕與應力腐蝕開裂Corrosion and Environmentally Assisted Fracture
