Course Objective Overview Based on Donald Norman's The Design of Everyday Things, this course explores key principles for designers to consider when interacting with users, focusing on their instinctive reactions and psychological effects. The course will also cover the Laws of UX, using psychological insights to enhance design communication and services. Research and discussion will be integral parts of classwork, and students are suggested to bring a laptop or tablet to each session. 本課程以 Donald Norman 的《The Design of Everyday Things（設計的心理學）》為基礎，探討設計師在與使用者互動時應考量的關鍵原則，著重於使用者的直覺反應與心理層面的影響。課程亦將介紹 UX 的各項法則（Laws of UX），運用心理學觀點來提升設計溝通與服務品質。研究與討論將是課堂的重要組成，學生每次上課建議攜帶筆記型電腦或平板。
