Course Objective 本課主要以實例演練、訓練學生對施工圖樣、施工規範及施工實務之瞭解，並熟練數量計算及單價分析之方法及要點。主要授課內容含蓋：1.講授各項工程施工規範之標準、2.以實例訓練各項工程數量計算及單價分析：a.假設工程 b.安全措施工程 c.土方工程 d.混凝土工程 e.模板工程 f.鋼筋工程 g.磚牆工程 h.粉刷及裝修工程 i.雜項工程。 The main purpose of this course is training students to comprehend the working drawings, the performance standards and the affairs of works by drilling actual example. This course makes students to be familiar with not only calculating the quantity but also the essentials and the methods in analyzing the unite price. The lesson's contents include: A. To teach the standards of every performance standard. B. To train calculating and analyzing the unite price of every work. 1. Temporary work 2. Safety measure work 3. Earthwork 4. Concrete work 5. Mold work 6. Reinforcement work 7. Partition work 8. Plaster, decoration and finish work 9. Miscellaneous work

運用生成式AI、VR/AR、IoT、IRS等新興科技輔助教學與評量。
Utilizes emerging technologies such as Generative AI, VR/AR, IoT, and IRS (Interactive Response Systems) to facilitate teaching and assessment.
