Course Objective 精密鑄造可以透過設計者的想法創造出屬於自已的藝術作品及應用在各式各樣的精密科技產品。 (一)精密鑄造的概論。(二)脫蠟鑄造法。(三)熔解與鑄造。(四)鑄後處理及加工。 Precision casting can create its own works of art and apply it to various precision technology products through the designer's ideas. (1) Introduction to investment casting。(2) Lost wax casting method。 (3) Melting and casting。(4) Post-casting treatment and processing。

Course Schedule 第1週包模鑄造的特性，鑄造程序，脫蠟與燒結，熔解與澆鑄。第2週鑄件後處理及加工，產品的應用。第3週包膜鑄造(實體陶模法)實作(一) 第4週包膜鑄造(實體陶模法)實作(二) 第5週包膜鑄造(實體陶模法)實作(三) 第6週包膜鑄造(實體陶模法)實作(四) 第7週包膜鑄造(實體陶模法)實作(五)--鑄件後處理及加工第8週陶瓷殼模法。第9週期中考(專業基礎實習(二)筆試，繳交實作成品，實習報告)。換組第10週包模鑄造的特性，鑄造程序，脫蠟與燒結，熔解與澆鑄。第11週鑄件後處理及加工，產品的應用。第12週包膜鑄造(實體陶模法)實作(一) 第13週包膜鑄造(實體陶模法)實作(二) 第14週包膜鑄造(實體陶模法)實作(三) 第15週包膜鑄造(實體陶模法)實作(四) 第16週包膜鑄造(實體陶模法)實作(五)--鑄件後處理及加工第17週陶瓷殼模法。第18週期末考(專業基礎實習(二)筆試，繳交實作成品，實習報告)。

Evaluation and grading policy 1.平時成績(上課出席20%+實作成品30%+實習報告20%) 扣分：曠課、上課睡覺、上課穿拖鞋、吃東西、滑手機、打電動、打電腦。 2.期中(期末)考(筆試)30%
