Course Objective	本課程介紹自二十世紀開始重要建築事件與作品的演變。從現代主義、粗獷主義、後現代建築到各種回應時代性的的建築思潮的發展，每週選定一個主題說明之。 The course introduces critical architectural agendas, events, and projects after 1900, from modernism, brutalism, and postmodern architecture to the development of various architectural trends that respond to the times. Each week, the course will select one topic to explain and discuss.
Course Schedule	第一單元 | 新藝術建築與現代主義先驅 （Antoni Gaudí / Walter Gropius, Mies van der Rohe, Le Corbusier, Alvar Aalto ） 第二單元 | 古典的復甦與現代主義的侷限 （James Stirling, Louis I Kahn, Gottfried Böhm, Kenz Tange, Robert Venturi ） 第三單元 | 世紀的交替 （Rem Koolhaas, Zaha Hadid, Jean Nouvel, Herzog de Meuron, Kengo Kuma）
Evaluation and grading policy	．本課目以教師講演為主；學生分組報告閱讀整理、報告為輔。 ．分組報告須繳交閱讀筆記與簡報各一份，兩者皆需整理於公版內。報告完畢後，需針對教師講評進行內容修正與擴充，並在指定時間內完成。 ．分組報告 （閱讀筆記：20%；簡報：50%；發問：5 %）； 出席率 25%

Note	◆ 彈性學習 ◆ 一、類別： 　　□ 學生分組實作及討論；□ 遠距教學。 二、內容： 　　(1)第17週：就「期末專題」分組報告成果建議進行內容修改。 　　(2)第18週：就「期末專題」分組報告成果建議進行內容修改。 三、時數：總共4小時。 四、學習成果： 　　將第15、16週「期末專題」分組報告成果講評建議彙整，於第17、18調整簡報內容，並與老師確認修改方向與內容後上傳成果。 五、評量比例： 　　彈性學習週之修正後「期末專題」分組簡報佔學期總成績之20%（加上實體分組報告：30%，此項分數共50%）。
