Course Objective 第三次數位革命中的數位構築引發了設計革命，產生了大量的建築發明和創新。設計如何使用數位製造和材料技術來校準虛擬模型和實體製品是設計領域的關鍵主題（Iwamoto，2009）。因此，該課程為學生提供了基於數位技術的明確的基於技能的指導，用於提取、開發和分析複雜幾何形狀的數據，同時促進產生合理化和可施工性的系統工作流程。該課程將透過講座和實踐教程來組織，以擴大學生的材料經驗，並透過小組專案開發獨特和具創造性的構造系統。 Digital fabrication, in the third digital revolution, has spurred a design revolution, yielding a wealth of architectural invention and innovation. How designs use digital fabrication and material techniques to calibrate between the virtual model and physical artifact is a central theme in the design field（Iwamoto, 2009）. Thus, the course provides students with explicit skills-based instruction in digital technologies for extracting, developing, and analyzing data of complex geometries while facilitating the production of a systematic workflow for rationalization and constructability. The course will be organized via lectures and hands-on tutorials to enlarge students' material experience and to develop unique and creative tectonic systems via group projects.

Evaluation and grading policy 本課程主要分成兩部分：「教師講演」、「分組專案設計」。．「教師講演」每個講次後會安排「課堂練習作業」或「文章閱讀整理」。　相關分數占比：出席率15%；課堂練習作業：35%。．「分組專案設計」包含參數模型建置、透過數位加工製作單元，並安裝至給訂基地。　相關分數占比：設計、製作發展 35%；製作成果紀錄與作品集：15%。 ※ 修課同學以具3D繪圖軟體 Rhinoceros 3D + Grasshopper 基礎能力為佳。 --- This course includes "Lecture" and "Group Project Development." ；Attandance 15%；Homework 35% ；Group Project 35%；Portfolio 15％.
