Course Objective	資料庫系統與應用課程的目的在研習資料庫設計與管理技術及其在企業的應用。本課程方向包括：資料庫管理系統架構、關聯式資料模式、關聯式資料庫設計理論、關聯查詢最佳化、關聯式資料庫管理系統：以mySQL為例，以實務性方式，培養學生對資料庫系統設計開發之能力。 The objective of this course is to study the techniques of how to design and manage a database system. The topics contained in this course are: database system structure, relational database, E-R model, relational database design, query optimization, relational database management system-MS SQL Server etc. After studying this course, students should be able to design databases and manage database systems.
Course Schedule	chp0. 課程簡介 Course Introduction chp1. 數據分析的內容包括哪些？ What Does Data Analysis Include? chp2. 四種MySQL資料庫的安裝與使用方式：MySQL套件，WorkBench，Azure MySQL，python Four Ways to Install and Use MySQL Databases: MySQL Package, WorkBench, Azure MySQL, Python chp3. Pyhon讀取SQL資料庫，常用查詢，計算（條件查詢，關鍵字查詢，排序查詢，定點取值） Reading SQL Databases with Python, Common Queries, Calculations (Conditional Queries, Keyword Queries, Sorting Queries, Point Selection) chp4. 生成新的欄位1:基本數學計算，日期取值，字串截取 Creating New Fields 1: Basic Mathematical Calculations, Date Extraction, String Substring chp5. 生成新的欄位2：CASE...WHEN...THEN...ELSE...END Creating New Fields 2: CASE...WHEN...THEN...ELSE...END chp6. 子查詢Subquery有四種類型（用到2個查詢，先查詢1，再拿它來查詢另外2） There Are Four Types of Subqueries (Using 2 Queries, First Query 1, Then Use It to Query Another 2) chp7. 資料表的3種合併：水平合併JOIN，垂直合併UNION，關聯合併JOIN(相關欄位合併) Three Types of Table Merges: Horizontal Merge JOIN, Vertical Merge UNION, Relational Merge JOIN (Merging Related Fields) chp8. 分群分析，頻數分析，分1群，分2群，交叉分析，樞紐分析 Cluster Analysis, Frequency Analysis, One Cluster, Two Clusters, Cross Analysis, Pivot Analysis chp9.
