Course Objective	本課程除了講授如何使用Westlaw International資料庫進行智財之研究外，主要著重於介紹商標法、著作權法研究文獻之檢索。特別在課堂上，授課教師將教授學生如何做關於商標法、著作權法之研究，以及如何撰寫有關商標法、著作權法之研究論文。學生之課堂參與是必須的，至於其他課程資訊請見中英文課程摘要。 This course is not only intended to teach students how to use Westlaw International database for studying IP issues, but also it primarily teaches students to introduce searching of research materials about Trademark Law & Copyright Law. In particularly, teachers will teach students how to conduct Trademark Law & Copyright Law researches. Students will know how to write research articles regarding Trademark Law & Copyright Law. Students are required to attend class, and all other class information are seen in Chinese and English class syllabus.
