Course Objective 本課程所定義的文化產業包括音樂產業、電視產業、電影產業、劇場產業和其他表演藝術有關的產業。這些產業區塊都存在相關的智慧財產權議題，例如所有權、權利轉讓、合理使用、侵權行為、契約爭議等等。本課程將透過法院判決的選讀與產業案例研究來讓學生認識文化產業的智慧財產權議題。學生將被要求參與討論。評分方式包括課堂參與和報告。 The scope of the cultural industry covered by this course includes the music industry, film industry, television industry, theatre industry, and other industries related to performing arts. Intellectual property issues do exist in these industrial sectors. The issues include ownership, title transfer, fair use, infringement, contract dispute, and so on. This course is intended to expose students to various IP issues in the cultural industry through studying court decisions and discussing industrial case studies. Students are required to participate in discussion. The grading policy is based on class participation and essay paper.
