Course Objective 本課程呼應技職再造的創新創業趨勢，以具體個案討論為中心，讓同學有機會運用所學、解決實際的法律問題。適合對如何透過智財法律推動知識經濟、創新創業有興趣的同學。同學可以透過本課程，進一步了解創新創業現實中可能面臨的問題、並練習提供解決策略。 This course will focus on the intellectual property legal issues regarding innovation and entrepreneurship by drawing real cases for analysis and discussion. Students will have opportunities to further understand the legal practice in IP area by taking part in solving real cases with the help of the course tutor. It is recommended for those who are equipped with a general understanding of IP laws or are strongly interested in this subject.
