Course Objective	本課程主要培養學生閱讀英文期刊、發表與電力電子專業討論的能力，包含 1. 專題報告 2. 專題演講 3. 研究小組討論。 In the first week, course introduction and presentation demonstration will be given. 1~ 2 talks will be given by the invited speakers if possible as the schedule is allowed. In other Weeks: Presentation by students with QA. For the 2nd year students, 2~4 patents will be read and presented as a survey of thesis writing up. For the 1st student year students, 1~2 IEEE conference papers will be presented for the topic survey of thesis work.
