Course Objective 建築資訊塑模（Building Information Modeling, BIM）在臺灣近年的營建產業蓬勃發展，已逐漸取代傳統的3D繪圖方式而成為土木建築領域的顯學。其能進行2D圖面出圖、3D展示，並且可透過客製化的API程式進行各種應用諸如數量計算、衝突檢測及施工模擬，使協同作業能夠充份的發揮效率，以提升工程的施工品質、效率與安全，減少設計錯誤，並降低施工成本。本課程透過課堂講授與案例實作，讓學生理解BIM技術的發展與應用潛力，並能熟習Autodesk Revit軟體之基礎操作，實際應用BIM技術於工程案例當中。 Building Information Modeling (BIM) is an innovative process in Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry. It can integrate various information into a 3D model. With such a characteristic, to compare with a traditional 3D model, a BIM model can achieve more possible applications, such as quantity takeoff, clash detection, and 4D simulation. In addition, the characteristic of BIM also enables parametric modeling, which make modeling process easier and more efficient. This course aims to introduce the basic concept of BIM, and train the enrolled students to develop the basic skills of BIM modeling and applications.

Course Schedule 1 課程介紹 2-3 課堂講授：什麼是BIM？上機實作：軟體安裝、BIM模型的瀏覽 4-5 課堂講授：BIM的工具與軟體上機實作：Revit基礎建模 6-8 課堂講授：BIM的相關標準上機實作：Revit基礎建模　 9 期中提案報告　 10-11課堂講授：BIM的MEP施工建模的基礎知識上機實作：數量計算　 12-13課堂講授：BIM的協同作業上機實作：衝突檢測　 14-15課堂講授： BIM與施工進度管理上機實作：Navisworks基礎操作　 16-17課堂講授： BIM與設施維護管理上機實作：4D模擬 18 期末報告
