Course Objective	本課程旨在協助學生學習網球各項基本技巧，並學習球場禮儀及比賽規則。且在有效的學習過程中獲得成就感，同時達到鍛鍊健全身心、促進身心健全發展、培養運動道德、發揚團隊精神及養成終身運動習慣。 教學目標： 1. 學習正確網球基本技巧，避動作錯誤造成運動傷害。 2. 學會欣賞網球運動賽事，提升對於網球運動之興趣。 3. 了解網球運動的基本規則與禮儀。 4. 培養規律運動習慣，進而達到強身體魄之效果。 5. 培養團隊合作與運動家的精神。 The aim of this course is to assist students in learning the basic skills of tennis, as well as understanding court etiquette and game rules. Through effective learning processes, students will gain a sense of achievement while simultaneously achieving holistic physical and mental development, fostering sportsmanship, promoting teamwork, and cultivating lifelong physical activity habits. Teaching objectives: Learn correct basic tennis skills to avoid sports injuries caused by improper movements. Develop an appreciation for tennis events to enhance interest in the sport. Understand the basic rules and etiquette of tennis. Cultivate regular exercise habits to achieve physical fitness benefits. Foster teamwork and sportsmanship.
Course Schedule	1 課程內容簡介：場地器材介紹（安全相關規定），評分標準講解 2 握拍技巧講解、球感練習 3 正手拍分解動作技術講解和揮拍練習，定點擊球練習 4 反手拍分解動作技術講解和揮拍練習，定點擊球練習 5 正手拍反手拍一拋一打球練習 6 對牆擊球技巧解說及練習 7 正反手拍截擊技術講解和練習，隔網對練 8 正手反手拍揮拍擊球複習和短距對練 9 技能測驗(一) 10 發球動作技術講解和擊球練習 11 網球基本移位步伐介紹和練習、對牆擊球練習 12 正反手拍移位擊球技術講解和練習，隔網對練 13 正反手拍連續對打節奏技術講解及練習 14 單打比賽規則講解、分組實際操作演練 15 雙打比賽規則講解、分組實際操作演練 16 團體比賽規則講解、分組實際操作演練 17 技能測驗(二) 18 補考
Evaluation and grading policy	1.平時成績 40% -服裝不整(穿著牛仔褲或未穿著運動鞋)，扣5分。 -無故缺席曠課，第一次扣8分，第二次以上每次扣16分。 -缺課有請假兩次以內不扣分，第三次以上開始倍數成長扣分，第三次扣6分、第四次扣12分、第五次扣24分，以此類推。 -遲到(上課10分鐘後)，扣4分。 -非課程需要使用手機，扣5分。 -以上扣分皆直接扣總成績，最多扣40分。 2.期中考試 30% 3.期末考試 30%
