Course Objective

瞭解企業經營的內涵、系統、理念、策略、管理活動、實務及企業經營診斷模式。其中包含企業內外在環境分析、經營者之任務與特性及企業內部診斷等範圍。
The purpose of Business Management & Diagnosis course has included the introductory of a new management paradigm, systems, concepts, strategies, management activities, practices and diagnosis. The discussion of external and internal environment, business mission, business process reengineering, process flow management and SMEs (small & medium enterprises) diagnosis model will be covered to effectively implement the business evaluation.

Content	本課程將系統性量化價值投資分析建立財務模型，搭配全球化的上市企業資料，客觀的分析企業的內在價值，進而深入討論其商業模式與企業策略。
