Course Objective 本課程以企業經營診斷與價值投資為核心，結合巴菲特長期投資思維，培養學生分析企業本質、財務結構與資本配置決策的能力。課程強調從「可預測性」與「安全邊際」出發，系統性地評估企業的獲利能力、現金流品質、再投資效率與長期競爭優勢，避短期市場情緒與投機行為對決策的干擾。在課程進行中，將以傳統上市公司作為主要分析對象，並輔以新型數位經濟與數位資產相關案例（如平台型企業、數位商業模式或新型資產結構）作為延伸情境，協助學生理解在不同產業與制度環境下，價值投資原則如何調整與應用。課程並不著重技術細節，而是回歸企業經營與投資決策的基本問題：企業是否能持續創造現金流、資本是否有效配置，以及管理層是否為長期股東利益服務。透過個案討論、企業診斷報告與期中期末分析，本課程旨在培養學生具備長期投資視角與理性判斷能力，使其能在快速變動的數位時代中，仍以企業本質為依據，進行穩健且具紀律的投資與策略分析。
