Course Objective 區塊鏈由比特幣為代表的1.0，經過以太坊的智能合約為代表的2.0，進入以設計超級帳本或結合物聯網、人工智慧的3.0階段。在各產業的應用也逐漸廣泛，已呈現多元研究及發展的面向，也代表產業型態將因為區塊鏈的發展而發生重大的變革。本課程在帶領學生了解區塊鏈的核心技術、特性，以及目前在各產業的應用實例，並透過從發行數字貨幣到撰寫智能合約的商業應用，看見區塊鏈未來的發展。 Blockchain is represented by Bitcoin 1.0, and after 2.0 represented by Ethereum's smart contracts, it enters the 3.0 stage of designing a super ledger or combining the IoT and AI. The application in various industries is gradually becoming more and more extensive, and it has presented a multi-faceted research and development orientation. It also represents that the industry type will undergo major changes due to the development of the blockchain. This course leads students to understand the core technology and characteristics of blockchain, as well as current application examples in various industries, and sees the future development of blockchain through the commercial application from issuing digital currency to writing smart contracts.

Course Schedule 第 1 週：課堂簡介與導論：什麼問題值得用區塊鏈? ● 課程大綱：每周課程內容說明。 ● 評分標準：學期成績計算說明。 ● 建立判斷框架,區塊鏈解決什麼、何時該用何時不該用,本堂是全課的篩選器。第 2 週：比特幣、虛擬貨幣與代幣分類 ● 從比特幣談起,並以代幣分類框架(對應監管視角)建立全課的第二把尺。第 3 週：穩定幣:支付與跨境結算 ● 交易量最大的真實應用,看價值移轉與結算場景的商業邏輯。第 4 週：股票代幣化：把股票搬上鏈 ● 以 xStocks、Ondo、DTCC 等為例,拆解代幣化股票的設計與監管挑戰。第 5 週：RWA 真實資產代幣化：債券與貨幣市場基金 ● 你的主場,以 BUIDL 等為例,看現實金融資產上鏈的設計與國內外案例。第 6 週：DeFi 去中心化金融:借貸與交易 ● 以 Aave、Uniswap 為例,看金融服務如何被重新組裝及其風險。第 7 週：交易所：中心化與去中心化 ● 從 CEX 到 DEX,對照兩種模式的商業設計與信任結構。第 8 週：NFT 與數位所有權:收藏品、數位工具、會員與票券 ● 涵蓋數位收藏品與數位工具,看數位所有權有真實效用的商業用法與泡沫的分野。第 9 週：預測市場：群眾智慧的定價機制 ● 以 Polymarket 為例,看一個機制獨特的應用如何運作與獲利。第 10 週：小組專題：應用提案設計與展示 ● 各組選一個問題,設計一套區塊鏈應用提案、發表並接受商業可行性評析與同儕互評。第 11 週：外部講師＿DeFi／Web3 創業與產品實務講者：DeFi 協議團隊、Web3 錢包 / 基礎設施創辦人或 PM、資安研究員。第 12 週：外部講師＿DeFi／Web3 創業與產品實務講者：DeFi 協議團隊、Web3 錢包 / 基礎設施創辦人或 PM、資安研究員。第 13 週：穩定幣發展趨勢與金融業策略應對 ● 穩定幣的定義與基本概念。 ● 穩定幣的發展歷史。 ● 穩定幣的種類與央行的數位貨幣。 ● 穩定幣的應與未來展望。 ● 金融產業的策略應對。第 14 週：RWA 代幣化實戰應用設計工作坊(上) ● RWA先備知識。 ● 生成式AI應用方式及技巧。 ● 國際應用案例解析。第 15 週：RWA 代幣化實戰應用設計工作坊(下) ● RWA代幣化設計五大面向。 ● 分組設計任務。 ● 分組簡報與評分。第 16 週：期末分組專題報告
