Course Objective 以演講，討論，口頭及書面報告方式，探討土木與防災之相關課題，如結構檢測評估與補強，水土防災技術，防災體系與資訊，都市防災，消防防災，施工災變，環境防災規劃與管理等。 By means of addresses discussion, oral presentations and reports to learn and investigate the related civil and disaster prevention subjects, such as structure testing, evaluation and repairing, soil and water disaster prevention, urban precaution, fire fighting, construction safety, environmental planning, and management for disaster prevention.

Course Schedule 出席&報告 1. 上課請親自簽名於座位表上，請勿代簽。 2. 每出席一次完成簽到得總成績4分，繳交當次出席的心得報告再加4分；若該次專討未出席，不得繳交心得報告，或該次專討為碩博士上台報告，亦不繳交心得。 3. 心得報告繳交基本份數為六份，六份皆以手寫 300 字稿紙之心得報告（稿紙手寫寫滿，不用刻意空行），並將報告拍照成 pdf檔或 jpg檔，於上課當日至隔日下午17 點前(第三或四周開始可上傳)，上傳至網路 i 學園，逾時不接受補交。 4. 心得報告繳交除六份外，每多寫一份報告加總成績2分，至多可多繳二份報告。 5. 上課後一周內，由主持老師之研究室同學製作心得檔案，於中走廊張貼海報，檔案經指導教授審閱修正後，請將電子檔傳楊先生信箱，並於信中註記學號姓名，可抵一份心得報告。 6. 上課週數若遇不可預期因素而停課，將適情況予以調整計分方式。 7. 請假規則：（於系網列印填寫專討用請假單） 8. (1)事假：務必於上課前填妥請假單並檢附相關證明，並請指導教授簽名繳回系辦，逾時視同曠課。 9. (2)病假：請於事後一周內填妥請假單，並檢附正式就診證明，請指導教授簽名繳回系辦，逾時視同曠課。 10.期中、期末考週均不上課，將不另行通知。 11.請隨時注意系走廊電視牆或系網頁公佈上課相關訊息。(題目&上課地點) 12.本學期欲提出寒畢同學，需事先登記，並安排於12/25上台報告論文初稿，方能申請提出口試。

Evaluation and grading policy 以出席與心得報告繳交進行評量心得報告繳交方式: 整學期繳交六份手寫 300 字稿紙之心得報告（稿紙手寫寫滿，不用刻意空行），並將報告拍照成 pdf檔或 jpg檔，於上課當日星期三下午15:00起至隔日星期四下午17 點前(第三周開始)，上傳至網路i學園，逾時不接受補交。
