Course Objective	先修課程：無。本實習內容為汽車引擎實習，包含汽油引擎拆裝，引擎實驗，引擎量測與調整，點火、燃油、冷卻及潤滑系統之檢測及故障排除，定期調諧保養及引擎排氣檢測。 Automobile Engine Service Shop Practice, Gasoline Engine Assembly, Engine Test, Engine Tune-up and Repair, Trouble-shooting and Instrument Adjustment on: Ignition System, Fuel System, Cooling System, Lubrication System, and Starting System, Routine Engine Tune-Up and Engine Exhaust Emission Check .
Course Schedule	第一週:課程介紹 第二週:進排氣歧管及配件拆裝 第三週:正時鍊條外蓋、水泵、汽缸頭外蓋、點火模組及火星塞拆裝 第四週:曲軸皮帶盤、離合器、正時鍊條及配件拆裝 第五週:凸輪軸、汽缸蓋拆裝 第六週:油底殼及配件、活塞拆裝 第七週:期中練習 第八週:期中練習 第九週:期中上機考(引擎拆裝) 第十週:期中上機考(引擎拆裝) 第十一週:汽缸失圓、斜差、汽缸蓋不平度量測 第十二週:活塞環間隙、油膜間隙量測及期中練習 第十三週:期中考(筆試) 第十四週:燃油泵控制、節氣門關閉位置開關操作 第十五週:燃油切斷控制(在無負載和高引擎轉速)、電子點火系統操作 第十六週:冷卻風扇控制、期末練習 第十七週:期末上機考(示教板) 第十八週:期末上機考(示教板)
