Course Objective 實務專題課程為建築專題設計（畢業設計）的輔助課程，分二學期：第一學期為前置課程，主要訓練學生具備獨立思考和建立自主觀點的能力，依教師專長指導學生探討和發展設計議題、收集相關資料和進行案例分析、自訂設計方法與流程、並提出畢業設計的研究方向；第二學期旨在加強學生在建築實務工作各領域的能力，結合設計課程的操作，對特定之實務課題（例如：空間計畫、結構分析、細部設計與大樣圖模、施工圖、機電配置、材料實驗、構築實作、綠建築檢討、CFD模擬、施工管理、法規檢討、BIM模型、競圖報告書、設計方法論、參數演算、動畫製作、專業rendering等項目）進行深入探討並提出專題報告。

Evaluation and grading policy 1.出席率規定：每單元1點，請假0.5點，缺課達3點，學期總成績最高55分。 2.學期總成績考核方式：[平時成績40%＋簡報或作品成績平均60%]±5% 3.每位同學之學期總成績由各指導老師考核提供彙整送出。
