Course Objective 本課程旨在教授學生，尤其是創業/設計經理，尋找商業案例研究和技術，以快速將創新產品或服務推向市場並收集可操作的客戶見解。它適用於從中小型企業到企業以及一系列工業領域的一系列組織。本課程有助於解決經理面臨的持續壓力，要求他們進行創新並為客戶推出新穎的產品和服務。我們打算引導他們進行整體思維，以推進商業戰略和創業精神。 This course is designed to instruct students, as well as entrepreneurial and design managers, in search of business case studies and techniques for swiftly launching innovative products or services to the market while gathering actionable customer insights. Applicable to a diverse range of organizations, from small to medium-sized enterprises to corporate entities across various industrial segments, the course serves to assist managers in meeting the ongoing demand for innovation and the introduction of novel products and services. Our goal is to guide participants in adopting a holistic approach to advance business strategy and entrepreneurship, addressing the constant need for innovation in their roles.
