Course Objective	本課程將由個人資料保護原則開始對個人資料保護作全面性的介紹，並說明《個人資料保護法》與《個人資料保護法施行細則》如何與個資保護原則互相呼應，期使學生瞭解目前個人資料保護的管理議題與實務考量，並且說明可參考的標準與指引，以強化學生對於個人資料保護的基礎概念。 藉由《個人資料保護法》及《個人資料保護法施行細則》的介紹帶入ISO/IEC 29100的個資保護框架、隱私衝擊評鑑(PIA)，接下介紹ISO/IEC 27701個資保護實作指引等相關國際標準，本課程以實際的案例以及國際標準讓學生這對於個人資料保護有更進一步的概念與瞭解。
