Course Objective	本課程主要在教授建築物外部空間的分析、規劃與營造方法，內容包括理論、實際案例說明與實作。授課主題涵蓋：1.敷地計畫之相關理論、2.敷地計畫之內容及程序、3.基地調查及分析、4.規劃方法與計畫評估（包括土地使用、外部空間、交通動線、排水、整地、植栽）、5.環境影響評估、6.案例分析。實作部分則將結合USR計劃之進行，讓學生能從實際操作與真實課題中拓展學習的深度。 This course introduces the theories, principles, and methods of analyzing and planning the exterior space of buildings. Instructional forms include lecture, case studies, and hands-on practice. The topics covered in the course are as follows: 1. Relevant theories of site planning. 2. Content and procedures of site planning. 3. Site investigation and analysis. 4. Planning methods and project evaluation (including land use, external spaces, traffic flow, drainage, landscaping). 5. Environmental impact assessment. 6. Case studies. In specific, the case study and hands-on practice of this course will be integrated with the program of USR (University Social Responsibility), allowing students to expand their learning depth through practical application and real-world issues.

Note	彈性學習 一、類別: □學生分組實作及討論 □AI輔助學習與工具應用 二、內容: (1)第17週:各組分享應用AI輔助工具於期末作業之心得並參與Q&A討論。 (2)第18週:針對17週各組討論內容歸納出一份書面報告，並進行簡報。 三、時數: 總共4小時。 四、學習成果: 第16週課程結束前須完成個人作業上傳並於第17週進行討論，最終於第18週上課前需繳交歸納簡報。 五、評量比例: 彈性學習周之組書面報告與簡報佔學期總成績之10%。
