Course Objective	本研究討論課程之目的在使研究生學習通訊與訊號處理工程領域之最新科技，受邀演講之著名專家學者透過廣泛的討論分享其研究結果與經驗。 The seminar course is designed for graduate students to learn the latest technology mainly (not limited to) in the area of communications and signal processing engineering. Renowned researchers and scholars are invited to share their research results and experience through extensive discussion.
Course Schedule (Week 1-16)	原則上每週1次演講，每週都須於課堂上繳交心得報告
Flexible Learning (Week 17-18)	Category ● 參與課程相關作業、作品、實驗、田野調查(Participation in course-related assignments, works, experiments, or field research) ● 線上數位教材學習(Coursera、edX、磨課師等)(Online digital learning (Coursera, edX, MOOCs, etc.)) Content 選擇一主題(需與本學期某一周演講內容相關)，進行更深入之探討，並且繳交一份心得報告。 Hours 4 Learning Outcomes 繳交報告 Assessment Percentage 整學期所有學習心得佔分的1/8
