Course Objective 先修課程：負責教授同意。介紹產品製造的程序和各種加工方法，及使用的機械設備、製造過程材料及製程參數的影響，製程規劃及製造成本的因素、產品檢驗量測技術及品質管制的方法、製程自動化及電腦整合製造系統等。 Introduction to a variety of manufacturing processes and associated production equipments, operations planning and cost estimating of the production process, techniques of measurements and basic components of a quality control system, concepts of process automation and computer integrated manufacturing.

Course Schedule 第1週機械製造概論第2週材料的結構、機械行為、測試與製造性質 (一) 第3週材料的結構、機械行為、測試與製造性質 (一) 第4週金屬鑄造(一)：基本原理、製程及設備第5週金屬鑄造(二)：製程及設備、設計、材料與經濟效益第6週期中考(I) 第7週金屬輥軋、鍛造、擠製的製程與設備(一) 第8週金屬輥軋、鍛造、擠製的製程與設備(二) 第9週板金成型的製程與設備第10週粉末金屬的製程及設備第11週切削基本原理第12週期中考(II) 第13週銲接基礎介紹第14週銲接冶金第15週固態銲接技術第16週軟硬銲及機械鎖合第17週 3D列印基礎第18週期末考試
