Course Objective	本課程涵蓋半導體產業趨勢發展、超大型(Giga)半導體工廠廠務系統與先進自動化工廠運作、以及先進半導體製程技術和設備等三大部分。 This course mainly consists of development trend, Giga FAB, FAB automation, and processing technology and equipment for advanced semiconductor manufacturing.
