Course Objective	本課程歷經幾屆學生的反應與討論, 老師最終將大二上學期的應用力學與下學期的材料力學, 從原本偏向機械系與土木系的靜力學/材料力學, 轉為以物理系的統計力學以及材料系的熱力學為主的(材料特色)應用力學, 我們會從機械系的引擎(熱機)出發, 進入熱力學第二定律, 最終將物理系的統計(熱)力學中的排列方法數(微觀態)與材料(熱)力學中的熵(巨視態)結合成一套連貫性知識
Course Schedule	應力會用到大量的數學, 老師會視同學的吸收程度而調整上課進度, 因每屆學生素質不同, 老師不會設定教學進度 課程內容大致分為以下幾部分: 1. 熱機 2. 熱機的效率 3. 巨視性質 4. 熱力學第二定律 5. 統計力學
