Course Objective	本課程引導研究生從文化政策、創意產業、非營利組織等視角，深入理解文化經濟的理論框架與實務操作，並重點培養社會投資報酬率（SROI, Social Return on Investment）的分析能力，使學生具備評估文化活動、文化計畫與文化機構社會價值的研究工具與學術素養。
