Course Objective	Special Notice: 同學好，今年由於系上有教師休假，併班上課的原因，這一班的人數比較多。加上我不聘助教，會親自處理同學的修課事務，便無法再加簽同學，以影響教學品質。請同學諒解，並盡早改加簽其他班級。若個人選課上有時間衝突，請洽各班導師或系上排課職員協助，謝謝。 This course provides an in-depth exploration of mass transfer and its applications in unit operations, drawing heavily from the foundational concepts and methodologies presented in Cussler's Diffusion: Mass Transfer in Fluid Systems. Students will gain a thorough understanding of diffusion, convective mass transfer, and interfacial phenomena, as well as the design and analysis of mass transfer equipment such as distillation columns, absorbers, and membrane systems. Emphasis will be placed on practical problem-solving and the integration of theoretical principles with engineering applications in chemical and biochemical processes. This course is designed to bridge the gap between theory and practice, preparing students for advanced study or professional roles in industries requiring expertise in mass transfer and related operations.

Note	這門課是全英文授課，我真的會全用英文教，同學的作業和期末報告也需要用英文。 今年系上老師研修，所以兩班要併班上課，人數比較多，加上我的課沒有請助教的習慣，還請同學盡量配合課程規定。如果同學都有來上課的話並配合上課的任務，分數基本上都沒有問題。謝謝。
