Course Objective	This course provides an in-depth exploration of mass transfer and its applications in unit operations, drawing heavily from the foundational concepts and methodologies presented in Cussler's Diffusion: Mass Transfer in Fluid Systems. Students will gain a thorough understanding of diffusion, convective mass transfer, and interfacial phenomena, as well as the design and analysis of mass transfer equipment such as distillation columns, absorbers, and membrane systems. Emphasis will be placed on practical problem-solving and the integration of theoretical principles with engineering applications in chemical and biochemical processes. This course is designed to bridge the gap between theory and practice, preparing students for advanced study or professional roles in industries requiring expertise in mass transfer and related operations.

Note	這門課是全英文授課，我真的會全用英文教，同學的作業和期末報告也需要用英文。 今年系上老師研修，所以兩班要併班上課，人數比較多，加上我的課沒有請助教的習慣...應該...還是沒問題。如果同學都乖乖來上課的話，可以保證會學到東西 (對即便是全英文，對我知道大家英文都沒有很好)，保證不會被當 (要有前面那個"如果")，稍微努力分數就會很高，應該。 一起加油~
