Course Objective	訓練學生獨立思考，培養學生對材料性質之認識及元件製程能力。專題內容包括材料電性量測，材料結構與元件模擬等技術培育。學生必須研讀相關文獻後再研討專題實驗內容，並對實驗及結果加以詳述，而完成學士論文報告。
