Course Objective	本課程將以智慧財產局頒佈之「專利審查基準」為藍本，依「先程式後實體」原則先就「程序審查」部分介紹專利申請之程式，再就專利申請之「實體審查」部分依序說明第1章至第11章部分(排除第1、3章)。

Flexible Learning (Week 17-18)	Category ● 線上數位教材學習(Coursera、edX、磨課師等)(Online digital learning (Coursera, edX, MOOCs, etc.)) Content 觀看「生醫產業智財權與租稅規劃1」教學影片，了解生醫產業中智慧財產權之運用，以及智慧財產權與企業研發、技術布局及租稅規劃間之關聯，並延伸思考本學期所學專利制度及專利審查相關知識在產業實務中的應用。 Hours 2 Learning Outcomes 1. 完成指定影音教材觀看，並由 i 學園 PLUS 紀錄學習歷程及觀看情形。 2. 完成線上測驗，以檢核對影片內容及相關智慧財產權概念之理解。 Assessment Percentage 占學期總成績 5%。
