Course Objective 本課程將以智慧財產局頒佈之「專利審查基準」為藍本，依「先程式後實體」原則先就「程序審查」部分介紹專利申請之程式，再就專利申請之「實體審查」部分依序說明第1章至第11章部分(排除第1、3章)。

Course Schedule 單元1 發明專利實體審查-分割及改請單元2 發明專利實體審查-優先權單元3 發明專利實體審查-修正單元4 發明專利實體審查-審查意見通知與審定單元5 發明專利實體審查-以外文本提出申請案之審查單元6 發明專利實體審查-更正單元7 發明專利實體審查-專利權期間延長

Evaluation and grading policy 期末考 (40 %) 期末報告 (50 %) 上課出席 (10 %)
