Course Objective 一、 Course Objective Understanding international business management from the global perspective, students will learn the role of international monetary institutions as well as political and economic factor that influence foreign direct investments.。 In addition, this course provides insight into factors that influence internationalization, entry strategies into foreign markets such as exporting, licensing, joint-ventures and tools to manage and evaluate risks and changes of international operations. This course has an interdisciplinary approach by providing insights on how the international political environment affects business decisions such as internationalizing or global production. MBA students are very welcome to attend this course
