Course Objective 認識心理與教育測驗的起源、發展、運用與測驗實施及倫理議題，同時探討常模與標準化、信度、效度、測驗研發編製(含項目分析)的理論基礎。 To realize origin, development, application, test implementation and ethical issues of psychological and educational test and explore theories of norms, standardization, reliability, validity and test development (including item analysis)
