Course Objective 本課程涵蓋了基於各種檢測模式(如化學修飾、電化學、光學與半導體科技)的化學與生醫感測器的基礎知識以及利用穿戴軟性電子元件感測生理訊號。主題包括感測原理、常見的化學感測器、軟性電子元件、生物感測器、元件設計以及醫療保健、環境監測和工業等領域的應用。課程安排除了感測器文獻之相關課堂討論之外，也會安排學者講座與幾周的穿戴元件實驗課程。 This course covers the fundamentals of chemical sensors and biosensors based on chemical modifications, electrochemistry, spectroscopy, semiconductor technologies, and physiological electrical signal measurements. Topics include sensing principles, commonly used sensors, strategies for achieving selectivity and adequate limits of detection, design of devices, and applications in health care, environmental monitoring, industry, and military areas. Articles from the current literature are discussed. We will also invite researchers to introduce current research. Active student participation is expected as an integral part of the course.
