Course Objective	介紹化工程序中物質於一系統中流進、流出間質量、能量均衡之原理與計算，使學生學習列出質能均衡之基本式子並查尋相關文獻，手冊上所登錄之物性資料以解決問題。

Note	彈性學習/Flexible Learning 一、類別 □學生分組實作及討論 二、內容 (1)第17週:各組針對自選主題報告，全班參與 Q&A 提問討論。 (2)第18週:針對17週各組報告及課堂提問，各組歸納出一份簡報，並在課堂中用15分鐘報告。 三、時數 總共6小時。 四、學習成果 第16週課程結束前各組須繳交第17週之書面報告；第18週上課前需繳交歸納簡報。 五、評量比例 (1)書面報告與簡報:10% (2)17-18週課堂報告表現:10%
