Course Objective 本課程涵蓋: 化妝品實際上是各種學識的利用，除了製造之化學須了解之外，還要知道相關領域的知識，又因皮膚學的發展，對化妝品的安全性、有效性已成為關注的重點。所以有關於化妝品之學識在求學過程有必要更深入的和更專業的了解與討論。化妝品研究的方法、理論依據以及最新的研究結果介紹都是本教學的目的所在。

Course Schedule 緒論（第一、二週）化妝品基劑（第三、四、五週）賦型劑（第六、七、八週）期中考（第九週）化妝品添加劑（第十、十一、十二週）基能性化妝品原料（第十三、十四、十五週）化妝品檢驗（第十六、十七週）期末考（第十八週）

Evaluation and grading policy 平時成績：佔20%，包括學習過程參與態度、作業繳交、平時問答或測驗。專題報告：佔40% 期中考：佔20%。期末考：佔20%。
