Course Objective 配合化學課程之進展，教導學生學習各項基本實驗操作及儀器設備之技巧，進行各項實驗課程，如COD 的測定，氮莫耳體積之測定，錯合物之生成，氧化還原滴定，蒸汽壓，測量溶解度，反應速率，化學平衡，耐綸-6,6之製備以訓練學生養成手腦並用的務實科學素養。

Course Schedule 第一、二週打掃、實驗室規則及安全教育講習第三週實驗10：秒表反應測定反應速率第四週實驗11：溶解度之測定及離子強度對溶解度之影響第五週運動會(實驗停課次) 第六週實驗12：維生素C之含量分析第七週清明節週(實驗停課次) 第八週實驗13：錯化合物之合成第九週實驗14：化學平衡第十週實驗16：酵母細胞固定化第十一週實驗15：凝膠電泳第十二週實驗17：電解分析第十三週實驗18：藍印法第十四週實驗室器材整理及打掃第十五~十七週實驗候補週第十八週期末考週

Evaluation and grading policy 1、期末考佔20% 。 2、平常表現佔50% 。 3、報告佔30% 。 4、未穿實驗衣扣總分3分。 5、遲到扣總分 1分/每10分鐘。 6、曠課扣總分 10分/堂。 7、未經允許擅離實驗室一律視為曠課扣分。 8、玩手機者扣總分2分。
