Course Objective This course explores the foundational principles of business ethics and their practical applications in modern organizations. Through case studies, ethical frameworks, and global perspectives, students will examine how businesses navigate moral dilemmas, fulfill social responsibilities, and pursue sustainable strategies. The course begins with essential ethical theories and decision-making tools, followed by discussions on responsible management, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and stakeholder engagement. It also addresses the complexities of cultural relativism, professional ethics, and organizational misconduct. In the second half of the semester, students will explore emerging topics such as AI ethics, algorithmic bias, and governance challenges in the digital era. Interactive learning formats—such as group debates, scenario analysis, and student presentations—will help develop critical thinking and ethical awareness. By the end of the course, students will be able to analyze ethical issues from multiple perspectives and propose responsible, context-sensitive solutions in real-world business settings.
