Course Objective 1. Special functions for solving ordinary differential equations 2.Fourier series and transformation 3.Matrix and linear algebra 4. Partial differential equations 5.Numerical methods 6.Complex variables

Course Schedule 1. Fourier Analysis (11.1 - 11.9) 9 weeks 2. Partial Differential Equation (12.1 - 12.6, 12.9, 12.10) 5 weeks 3. Complex Number, Difference, & Function 2 weeks This is an EMI course. The schedule will be adjusted in accordance with the teaching situation.

Evaluation and grading policy Midterm 45%, Final 45%, Homework 10%, Course Interaction -- Bonus 5%
