Course Objective 指導學生進行研究專題，以培育其實務的能力，學生必須選定一實務專題，由本系教師指導，在畢業前完成成品製作，且須有書面報告。

Course Schedule 1. 閱讀電力電子或IC設計相關書籍/資料 2. 熟習實驗環境與儀器設備 3. 定期進度簡報 4. 所需軟體介紹與練習 5. 電路模擬及實體電路設計與製作 6. 撰寫專題報告書

Evaluation and grading policy 依定期進度簡報、專題計畫書、實作成果、期末報告、及參與表現等項目評定成績。
