Course Objective	本課程之目的為使學生了解現今專利權授予上較具爭議之課題。透過案例閱讀與討論，除使學生明白專利熱門議題外，也了解未來專利之發展趨勢。 The course provides some important issues, including animal and plant patents, traditional knowledge and genetic resources, computer software, business methods, as well as some recent cases, such as Apple sued HTC.
