Course Objective	一、課程內容：本課程係碩士一年級的基礎課程，係對專利法制的一般性、綜觀(巨觀)性介紹；其主要內容：包括我國的專利法制、其他國家的重要專利理論與學說。 二、教學目標：期使同學於期末，能對現今專利法制的重要觀念與趨勢，能有普遍性的認識與瞭解。 三、授課對象，主要為本所一年級的同學，其他系所同學，亦歡迎選修本課程。 四、注意事項：修習本課程的同學，前半學期為專利基礎知識的介紹，而於期中後，則須於上課前閱讀指定教材，並參與課程中的討論與回答問題，期末則需完成一篇期末報告。

Flexible Learning (Week 17-18)	Category ● 學生分組實作及討論(Student group practice and discussion) ● 參與校內外活動(講座、工作坊、參訪)或競賽(Participation in on-campus or off-campus activities (lectures, workshops, visits) or competitions) ● AI 輔助學習與工具應用(AI-assisted learning and tool application) Content 學生對於所訂定的學習計畫，提出報告成果，包含參加演講、使用AI輔助學習，可個人或分組一起完成。 Hours 6 Learning Outcomes 繳交報告 Assessment Percentage 10% 對自主學習訂定計畫，並提出成果。
