Course Objective	本課程旨在導引經理人員，建立「誠信正直」的核心價值，將智慧財產權戰略轉化為企業永續競爭力的關鍵基石。課程深度整合ESG治理、聯合國SDGs目標與商業倫理，透過30多個涵蓋專利、商標、營業秘密、生技健康及AI數據的全球經典案例，探討公平競爭、數位人權與社會責任。學員將學習如何在法治與道德的平衡點上做出卓越戰略決策，落實企業誠信經營並達成社會共榮。 This course is designed for executives to cultivate "Integrity" as a core value, framing Intellectual Property (IP) strategy as a cornerstone of sustainable competitive advantage. It integrates ESG governance and UN SDGs through 30s global case studies—ranging from patents and trade secrets to biotech ethics and AI data. Students will learn to navigate the complexities of fair competition, digital human rights, and social responsibility. The goal is to master strategic decision-making at the intersection of law and ethics, fostering corporate transparency and long-term societal prosperity.
