Course Objective 本課程主要著重台灣專利申請的程序。相關的主題包括發明人身份、專利權人（專利申請權人）身份、優先權、申請格式、審查意見的答覆寫作、修正、更正等等。其中並給予學生對專利申請書, 並說明如何使用並用AI來輔助專利文件的完成。期許學生於完成此課業後，能了解相關申請程序，並能獨力完成相關專利申請說與說明書等文件準備。

Course Schedule 單元主題準備週 Syllabus、課程簡介 (week 1) 單元一專利行政法規暨流程說明(week1~2) 單元二專利說明書的閱讀與製作說明 (week 2-3) 單元三 IPC與專利檢索 (week 3-5) 單元四申請書實作練習(week 6) 單元五說明書實作練習(week 6-7) 單元六專利申請範圍實作練習 (week 8-10) 單元七圖示實作練習 (week 11~12) 單元八補充、修正、更正 (week 13) 單元九舉發 (week 14-15) 單元十綜合練習 (week 16-18)
