Course Objective	This course provides the students opportunity to discuss after reading the management related journal papers. The goal is to improve students' research capabilities.
Course Schedule	Week 1: Course introduction and seminar grouping Weeks 2-18: Personal and Group Presentation of Academic Journal Papers
Evaluation and grading policy	1. Oral Presentations 50% 2. Written Reports 30% 3. Class Participation 20%
