Course Objective	為保障商標權及消費者利益，維護市場公平競爭，促進工商企業正常發展，國家特制定商標法，本課程以介紹我國商標法為重點，主要內容包括商標規範之基本原理、商標之構成要素、商標之分類方式及各類型商標之特性與功能、申請商標註冊之程序、商標註冊之審查及核准、商標權之取得及行使、異議程序及紛爭處理、權利侵害之救濟等。 Trademark Act is formulated to safeguard trademark rights and the consumers' interest, maintain fair competition of markets, and facilitate normal development of industries and commerce. This course is focusing on the introduction of Trademark Act. Topics will mainly include the basic principle of trademark standard, the integrant part of trademark, the characteristic and the function of trademark, the application procedures, examination and approval, acquisition of the trademark rights and exercises, the procedure of opposition and the dispute processes, remedies for right infringement and so on.
