Course Objective 這門課程將深入探討ESG概念及其在國際趨勢中的地位，包括CBAM、CCA、TCFD等法規，亦將闡述國際評比、CSRD、IFRS S1/S2等要求，以及國內主管機關的法規，尤其關於公司治理藍圖的要求。透過工作坊形式，我們將聚焦氣候變遷和財務相關揭露的重點，並以案例分享產業實務。從國際法規如SB253、CBAM到國際標準ISO 20400，我們也將討論供應鏈管理和永續採購的趨勢。此外，將涵蓋人權相關議題，如TIFD和DEI，以及永續報告書撰寫注意事項。最後，我們將介紹永續金融和責任投融資，並討論金融業永續法規對企業的影響。 This course explores ESG concepts and global trends like CBAM, CCA, and TCFD. We'll cover international ratings, CSRD, IFRS S1/S2, and domestic regulatory requirements, focusing on corporate governance. Through workshops and case studies, we'll highlight climate change and financial disclosures. We'll discuss supply chain management trends, ISO 20400, and human rights issues like TIFD and DEI. Additionally, we'll cover sustainability reporting guidelines and introduce sustainable finance and responsible investment, examining their impact on businesses and financial regulations.
