Course Objective 本課程涵蓋的範圍包括基礎的雷射物理與工程、雷射光束的傳播、高斯雷射光束、光學共振腔的原理、設計與分析等等。內容包含：1. 基本光學 2.雷射基本原理 3.各種雷射介紹 4.雷射動態特性 5. 雷射的應用

Course Schedule The lectures will cover the fundamental aspects of laser physics and engineering of lasers of all kinds, including 1. Basic optics 1. Ray tracing 2. Gaussian beams 3. Laser principles 4. Optical cavities design and analysis 5. Specific types of lasers 6. Laser dynamics 7. Laser applications

Evaluation and grading policy 作業 30% (約有4~5次作業) 出席 10% （不定時點名）期中測驗 30% 期末報告 30 % (20% 書面, 10% 上台)
